Weaving Community
reflections for international women's day

women have long been weavers.
weaving love through our households,
literally through knitting, quilting, making clothes, or
simply by stirring harvested herbs into the meals that sustain.
we tell the stories of our ancestors,
weaving the strands of time so that lessons and wisdom may be dispatched.
these shared stories build community and connection, a common ground from which to support and encourage.
the resulting bond reinforces the strength needed to stand, resist, and protect.
lifeโs tapestry, interconnected, as we navigate the wise woman road.

Hello friend! My name is Amy. I am so happy you have stopped by ๐ If you are new here, a warm welcome to you! This space is where I am learning to walk the wise woman road by returning to my true self through seasonal living, reflective writing, nourishing food, intuition, and resilience. Rooted in the rhythms of the earth and my lived experience, these writings are an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and remember what nourishes us. If this resonates with you, I invite you to subscribe and walk the seasons alongside me.
